Gian Luca Clementi is assistant professor of economics at New York University’s Stern School of Business, where he teaches the global economy course on the MBA programme and advanced macroeconomics on the PhD programme.
His research includes the effects of moral hazard and adverse selection on company financing, growth and survival.
Prior to joining Stern, he was assistant professor of finance at Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business. He has an MA and PhD in economics from the University of Rochester in the US.
