    Marc Filippino

FT News Briefing Host and Producer

Marc Filippino has been hosting and producing the FT's daily podcast, the FT News Briefing, since April 2019. The Briefing publishes Monday through Friday and is a roundup of the day's most important stories in 10 minutes or less. Marc interviews FT journalists and produces their conversations to help make sense of things like the global economy, business, finance, and geopolitics. He also tries to fit in a story about the New York Mets when he can.

Before joining the FT, Marc was a reporter and producer in New England. His work has appeared in local and national organisations such as NPR, WGBH Boston and WBEZ Chicago.
