    US foreign affairs & defense correspondent

    Felicia Schwartz is the FT's US foreign affairs and defense correspondent and is based in Washington DC. Before joining the FT in 2022, she spent eight years at The Wall Street Journal in its DC and Middle East bureaus as the State Department correspondent and as the Israel/Palestinian Territories correspondent. She has also previously worked at CNN in New York. A native of Harrison, NY, she has a degree in history and geography from Dartmouth College.
