The European School of Management and Technology is hosting the 2014 EFMD MBA Conference in Berlin, which invites the MBA community to exchange experiences and ideas surrounding business education and the role of programme directors. Mark Carney, governor of the Bank of England, is speaking at the annual Mais lecture hosted by City University Cass Business School. The lecture is regarded as the City of London’s foremost event for the banking and finance community and is attended by senior practitioners and academics.

The Singapore Committee for UN Women and Essec Asia-Pacific are organising a panel discussion on female entrepreneurship in Singapore titled Leading the Way – The Lady Boss. Women entrepreneurs will speak about their inspirational experiences launching businesses in Singapore as mentioned in the book, Singapore Business Gurus – The Lady Boss.
