Bob Haslett works as a member of the visual and data journalism team creating 3d models and graphics to illustrate news stories and feature articles. He has also programmed a series of over 70 JavaScript templates to produce SVG chart files from raw csv data that supports the FT’s Visual Vocabulary. He has transferred this experience to creating custom chart templates using the Flourish framework.
Prior to 2015 he worked as part of the graphics department creating illustrations and graphics as part of the daily news cycle.
